How to prepare for a Consultation?
To ensure you receive the deepest insights and most accurate guidance from your session with Abhigya Anand, please review and follow these recommended steps before we connect.
1. Diet & Spiritual Preparation

Strictly avoid Tamasic foods (non-vegetarian items, alcohol, eggs) for 24 to 48 hours before your session. We encourage a purely Sattvic diet during this time, ideally without onion and garlic, if this is comfortable and practical for you.

Sit in silence or meditate for 5 minutes right before joining to ground your energy.
2. Birth Details Verification

Double-check your exact Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY).

Confirm your exact Time of Birth (including AM/PM).

Confirm your exact Place of Birth (City, State, Country).
If you're unsure about your exact birth time, a rectification can be done during the session itself.
3. Session Readiness

Write down your top 3 to 5 specific questions beforehand.

It's recommended to have a notebook and pen ready to jot down insights, important timelines, and any suggested Vedic remedies (Pariharas).
4. Environment

Choose a quiet, private room free from interruptions.

Silence your phone and close unnecessary background apps to minimize distractions.

Ensure a stable internet connection, a working webcam, and a clear microphone.

(Optional) Light a diya (lamp) or incense to purify your space before joining the call.
Please be mindful of the consultation duration. While we are always happy to offer a 5-10 minute buffer time if required, we kindly request that you wrap up your questions and conclude the session at the scheduled end time.
