     - In cases of emergencies that prevent the client from attending the scheduled event, even after exploring reschedule options.
     - Double booking mistakes made by Praajna Jyotisha Institute.

   **Process for Refund Requests:**
   - Clients must submit a written request for a refund, stating the reason for the request.
   - Refund requests will be considered and processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the request.
   - Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
   - Refund duration: 2 - 5 working days.
